Terms & Conditions upon booking with Blackpool Abode you are deemed to have read and accepted the following T&Cs. Payments We do not charge any extra fees for last minute bookings. Payments must be paid by bank transfer or card payment and made in Pound Sterling. You must be 18+ to make a booking with Blackpool Abode and all bookings must be made by or with consent of the cardholder. Deposits A damage deposit is taken on the day of arrival before check in, failure to do so will result in entry to the property denied. This will be refunded after check out the next working day once the apartment has been checked for damage and when we have dealt with any complaints made. Deposits can be taken by bank transfer or cash on arrival. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your booking outside of 30 days prior to arrival refund is granted. No refunds will be given to booking payments made within the 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given to non-arrivals. Cleaning Charge If the apartment is not left in a respectable state at check out resulting in excess cleaning, this extra cost will be taken from your deposit. Please leave the property in a state you would expect to find it.

You acknowledge that eviivo is not a party to the contract between you and the accommodation establishment that you have selected (‘the Contract’); does not endorse the accommodation service; is not responsible for the quality or safety of the accommodation service; and, is not responsible for the performance of the Contract, including acts or omissions. In no event will eviivo be liable to you for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising out of, based on or resulting from your booking even if eviivo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations and exclusions apply without regard to whether the damages arise from breach of contract, negligence or any other cause or action. Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude eviivo's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or any representations made fraudulently.
